Coach Amanda D. was a baton twirler for 16 years and competed at a world level. She has also coached baton teams that have won at national levels in beginner, intermediate and advanced divisions. While attending Virginia Tech she danced for two years at football games and basketball games. Coach Amanda was honored to be on the National team during that time and represented Virginia Tech at Daytona in 2007 at NDA Nationals. After graduating from Virginia Teach, Coach Amanda tried out for the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleading team. She is now going on her third year as a Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader. Amanda will be working with our All Pro All Stars dance teams. She looks forward to working with the All Pro All Stars dance teams and teaching the dancers how to break it down!
Ashley has had a passion for gymnastics and dance her whole life. She started in dance and gymnastics at the age of two, and continued on to do gymnastics for 22 years. Throughout high school she competed for the USA National Team and earned an athletic scholarship to Arizona State University. She competed 4 years for ASU and was Captain her senior year. She received a number of awards for her gymnastics, academic, and leadership accomplishments. She earned the Pac-10 Medal of Honor, was a 5 time All American, 2 time Pac-12 Balance Beam Champion, 2004 NCAA Balance Beam National Championship, and broke the Arizona State school record of 22 All-Around titles in her college career. Her 5th year she was an undergrad assistant coach for the gymnastics team, where she organized and pioneered the first Breast Cancer Awareness gymnastics meet which is still a continuing tradition at ASU.
She graduated in 2007 earning Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Degree, with concentrations in Nutrition and Kinesiology. She is currently the Studio Manager of Fitness Together Silver Spring where she enjoys personal training coupled with helping people make healthy lifestyle changes.
Now that she has retired from the sport of gymnastics she has turned her focus to dance and cheer with the All Pro All Stars; something she has always wanted to do but did not have the time while in gymnastics. She was on the Washington Capitals dance team, the Red Rockers. Where she was a Captain for 3 seasons and was also an NFL cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens last season. With what free time she has left she spends it doing something active: working out, running, snowboarding, wake boarding, hiking, dancing or she is relaxing working on her scrapbooks, spending time with family, friends or playing with her dog, Maserati!
Coach Angie is a graduate from McDaniel College where she majored in Exercise Science and Physical Education with a minor in Sports Coaching. Angie was a member of the McDaniel College Cheerleading Team and Captain for 3 years. Angie also coached several Cheer and Dance teams in the Carroll County region during her college career. Before college, Angie cheered for Westminster High School, various All Star teams and Recreation leagues. Angie is an NCA All-American Cheerleader and has been featured in the Marshal Fields Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Citrus Bowl Halftime Show. Angie loves coaching the All Pro All Stars!
Coach Megan O. began gymnastics at the age of four at Fairland Gymnastics in Laurel, Maryland and continued as a competitive gymnast until middle school when she reached Level 7. At that point Megan began her cheerleading journey will various all-star programs including: Elite All Stars, Cheer Excellence, and Cheer Galaxy. Additionally, Megan cheered for Atholton High School where she was the captain her junior and senior seasons. She was also a member of the Senior Dance Company at Atholton High School. In 2003 Megan joined the University of Maryland Cheerleading program where she cheered for the Men’s Division 1 Football and Basketball teams. Megan was selected to travel to the Gator Bowl, Champs Sports Bowl, Maui Invitational and each Men’s ACC Tournament and NCAA Tournament appearances. Megan competed at NCA College Nationals in the Small Co-ed Division through her college years. Megan served as the Captain for the team in her junior and senior seasons, was voted MVP her junior and senior seasons and won the “Best Base” award. Recently, Megan graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law. Megan enjoys the challenges that coaching brings and looks forward to many years with the All Pro All Stars!
Coach Molly has been involved with tumbling, spirit squad cheer and competitive cheerleading since the age of 5. She has received many individual and team awards, including being part of a (2) time National Championship Finalist team. Molly began coaching competitive cheer and judging cheerleading try-outs immediately upon graduating high school. She began this journey in Ohio prior to her move to Maryland in 2006. After relocating, Molly graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland. She is currently a Registered Dental Hygienist who specializes in pediatric and special needs patients. She remains current with her CPR and First Aid certifications. Molly has a love for coaching and has been with the All Pro All Stars Cheer family since the beginning; she is looking forward to many more years to come!
Coach Kathy began dancing at the age of three and she has had a passion for it ever since. She was classically trained in ballet and jazz at Ballet with Cindee Velle in Columbia, MD, where she also competed on behalf of the studio for several years. During summer breaks from studio, her parents couldn’t stop her from dancing around the house and everywhere she went. Upon entering Glenelg High School, she joined the school’s competitive dance team, which competed in jazz, pom and high kick categories. The team won eight Maryland State titles during her tenure, including two while she served as Captain. Kathy took a performance route in college on the University of Maryland Dance Team, dancing at football and basketball games and appearing on national television in pom, jazz and hip hop routines. She has always enjoyed developing and mentoring other dancers and loves the dance program at All Pro All Stars!
Coach Kristin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a double degree in Marketing and Dance. At school, she received a citation from the CIVICUS Living/Learning program, which focused on community service and leadership. As a dance major, Kristin participated in the Maryland Dance Ensemble and attended the American College Dance Festival Association. She started her journey when she began gymnastics at age four, and eventually competed at Level 7 at Fairland Gymnastics in Laurel,Maryland. Later, she became a cheerleader for the Howard County Trojans for three years, and was a member on the 2001 Pop Warner Little Midgets National Championship team. Kristin then cheered for Atholton High School and competed on various all-stars teams from 2000 to 2004. She also ventured into dance, earning a captain’s spot on her high school dance company and received recognition based on her choreography. Kristin currently enjoys dancing with friends as a part of the Impulse Movement Project, and enjoys coaching the All Pro All Stars.
