Summer of Strength – July Challenge

Attention All Pro All Stars! We are holding a Summer of Strength competition! Each month we will have a new challenge for our athletes to attempt to help our athletes become stronger cheerleaders and dancers. At the end of the summer if any of our athletes have completed all three challenges (June, July & August) they will have a feature all about them posted on our blog!

 July is BURPEE month!

The Challenge

30 BURPEES FOR 31 DAYS

You can break down your burpees into 3 sets of 10 or knock 30 out at a time. Either way, we challenge you to do 30 burpees for every single day in July!

What is a burpee? Begin standing, squat down with you knees together and hands flat on the ground…jump your feet back into a strong push up position with a tight body… jump your feet back into the squat position…jump as high as you can with your feet together… repeat!

Want to really step it up? Add a push up in while you’re in the push up position!

 How do we know you really did your Burpees?

You can prove it by taking pictures and tagging us on Facebook, Tweeting us @allproallstars, emailing your coach a picture, or by writing it down on a calendar and having your parents sign it.

Cheer Tumbling Classes Available

Need to work on your tumbling? We have cheer tumbling classes available to anyone on Fridays at All Pro All Stars!

5:30 – 6:30 – Working up to your backhandspring

6:30 – 7:30 – Must have backhandspring without spot, working back tucks, layouts, fulls, etc.
